History

Founded in 1952 in Germany, HOPPE is now a global leader in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of door and window handles. Still family-owned across three generations, the company employs more than 2,300 people worldwide.

Renowned for the quality and durability of its products, HOPPE embodies European excellence through its signature: “HOPPE – The quality in your hands.” Its extensive range of solutions meets the demands of residential, commercial, and architectural sectors.

The brand also offers a complementary range under the name ARRONE, including locks, cylinders, door closers, and various architectural hardware accessories.

Present in the North American market since the late 1980s, HOPPE strengthened its presence in the United States with the opening of its Wisconsin manufacturing facility in 1989. This site plays a central role in the production, distribution, and customization of products for the U.S. market.

In addition to ensuring manufacturing adapted to local standards and needs, this center enables fast and efficient distribution across North America, reducing delivery times and improving customer service.

We are proud to count HOPPE among our trusted partners.

The QuickFitPlus mounting system allows for simple, screw-free installation of the entire handle set, including the lever handle, the rose, and the key cylinder rose. It is a technical development that continues HOPPE’s quick-fit spindle concept.

Initially available only for ultra-slim roses, QuickFitPlus is now also offered for standard rose handles. HOPPE is thus expanding its range by integrating this key advantage in handle installation.

Advantages :

  • Simple, screw-free installation of the entire handle set
  • Easy assembly of handles and roses
  • Handle sets certified according to DIN EN 1906 (usage category grade 3)
  • Roses with through-bolt fixing posts

Installation

Secustik®

Secustik technology is an integrated security system for window handles. It is based on a patented mechanism that enhances protection against break-in attempts by blocking internal components when the handle is manipulated from the outside without authorization.

During normal use, the handle operates freely from the inside. However, any attempt to manipulate the mechanism from the outside is automatically inhibited by the built-in locking system.

When the handle is operated, a distinctive clicking sound is heard. This audible signal confirms the correct functioning of the device and the activation of the integrated security feature, providing additional protection without the need for extra locks.

New Protection Technologie

Thanks to its unique “push and turn” operating principle, the handle and spindle are no longer directly connected in the resting position, making any external manipulation virtually impossible.

This technology was designed to counter new burglary methods, including attempts to manipulate the hardware, drilling at the glazing seal level, or attacks through the window profile aimed at operating the handle.

Advantages :

  • Enhanced protection against burglary attempts through hardware manipulation or drilling
  • Automatic locking in the closed (0°) and tilt-and-turn (180°) positions
  • Secure operation using the “push and turn” principle
  • Reliable solution for windows in accessible areas
